Structure:
The motor vibrating feeder is made up of frame, vibrating motors, springs, transmission trough body, vibrating support plate, control box, etc.
Working Principle:
The vibrating motors force the transmission trough body to make simple harmonic vibration or similar to simple harmonic vibration in a certain direction. When the acceleration of its vibration achieves some certain value, the materials will make continuous and small throws or slides along the transmission direction in the transmission trough body, which causes the forward motion and transmission of the materials.
Trough:
The standard motor vibratory Feeders are furnished with open trough made of carbon steel or stainless steel by electric welding. As an option, troughs made of special steels can be supplied, or ones lined with wear-resistant, refractory or plastic coatings.
Besides,the troughs can be manufactured in many shapes:
Flat bottom
Straight or diagonal discharge, or with tapered walls.
Tubular.
Closed.
Stepped.
