Introuduce:

The stainless steel armored belt overband magnet consists of a rectangular magnet, a steel armored belt, a motor, and a control box. The rectangular magnet is placed above the conveyor belt and is surrounded by a steel armored belt which allows for maximum magnetic attraction and easy cleaning.

Armored belt overband magnet is a type of magnetic separator that is used to remove magnetic contaminants from the conveyed material in industries,such as metallurgical slag, iron plant, slag plant and cast plant,etc.

 

Due to the high ambient temperature and pieces of iron is large and irregular in above occasions, the general belt type magnetic separator can not meet the requirement. 

 

Working principle:

When the material mixed in ferromagnetic impurities pass through the suspension magnetic iron separator,the ferromagnetic impurities will be absorbed and collected on the self cleaning magnetic separator belt,with the movement of the self cleaning belt,the ferromagnetic impurities will be out of the magnetic field,then release beyond the product flow automatically.
The stainless steel armored belt overband magnet uses a combination of powerful magnets and a steel armored belt to attract, hold, and remove magnetic contaminants from the conveyed material.

Work with metal detector to achieve optimum protection:

Suspended Magnetic separators are also used in combination with metal detectors to offer complete peace of mind. This will ensure that any metal material embedded or trapped in or under the ore that may escape the magnetic separator do not pass the metal detector. Once a metal detector is tripped, the conveyor will stop and human intervention is required. This will ensure no metal components end up in the process that will cause costly problems.
