Introuduce:

Electro suspension magnets for conveyor belt consist of a magnet body welded steel construction and exciter aluminium coil. Suspended dry electro magnet for conveyor belt suspend on the conveyor or over the head pulley and used in a wide variety of applications for the removal of occasional tramp iron.  Suspended dry electro magnet for conveyor belt can protect the subsequent processing machinery or provide cleaner product.

Control panel can be supplied with dry electro magnetic separator.

How to work:

When the electric current pass through the iron core,the energy of magnetic force is produced, then a high intensity magnetic field will be produced if the insulated wire coil is wrapped around an iron core.So when the electric current pass through the insulated wire coil a stronger magnetic field is generated. An electro suspended magnet works by passing an electric current through a coil of wire, which generates a magnetic field. This magnetic field attracts ferrous materials, such as iron and steel, and can be turned on and off as needed.

Electronic control panel function introduction:

Electro suspended magnet must be worked with electronic control panel,below is a part of control panel function:

1.Power Supply: The electronic control panel supplies power to the electro magnet unit and associated components.The electronic control panel converts AC electricity to DC, providing the electromagnetic magnet with the power needed to generate magnetic force. This conversion is crucial as it enables the magnet to create a strong magnetic field.

2.Magnet Activation:controling the activation and deactivation of the magnet's electromagnetic field. When activated, the magnet generates a strong magnetic field that attracts ferrous materials.

3.Variable Strength Control:allowing for adjustment of the magnetic field strength. This feature is useful for optimizing the magnet's performance based on the material being processed or the operating conditions. 

4.Safety Features:including safety features such as emergency stop buttons and overload protection circuits. These ensure safe operation and prevent damage to the equipment.

5.Monitoring and indication: including indicators or displays that show the status of the magnet (on/off) and may provide diagnostic information in case of malfunctions.
