sits above conveyor belt working simply suspends above the conveyor belt or the head pulley and lifts tramp metal from the product burden as it passes through the powerful magnetic field.
Cleaning is achieved by manually removing the collected tramp metal from the face of the magnet.

Installation:
The installation of a permanent suspended magnet is relatively straightforward. The magnet is suspended above the burden stream running on the conveyor, and the burden stream passed under the magnet. The magnetic field of the magnet attracts the ferrous material, which is then collected in a separate bin.
When installing thistype magnet,customers usually need to weld a shelf, the suspended magnet sits on the shelf or is suspended this shelf via sling, and adjust the height of the sling and the angle of the suspended magnet to keep the iron removal in an optimal working state.
Work with metal detector to achieve optimum protection:
Metal detectors are commonly used alongside magnetic separator to detect tramp metal such digger teeth(manganese steel).
Used in this combination,magnetic separators and metal detectors provide optimum protection.
This results in less production downtime and reduced maintenance and repair cost.
