Suspend permanent magnetic belt separator is composed of high-performance permanent magnetic core, iron discharging belt, reducer motor, frame, roll, etc, which can be combined with conveyers to remove 0.1~35kg iron from non-magneti

materials automatically.

Suspend permanent magnetic belt separator usually suspend on the onveyor or over the head pulley.

Suspend permanent magnetic belt separator can protect downstream important and in most cases very expensive equipments from being potentially damaged by tramp metal.

Working principle:

When the material mixed in ferromagnetic impurities pass through the suspension magnetic iron separator,the ferromagnetic impurities will be absorbed and collected on the self cleaning magnetic separator belt,with the movement of the self cleaning belt,the ferromagnetic impurities will be out of the magnetic field,then release beyond the product flow automatically.

Work with metal detector to achieve optimum protection:

Metal detectors are commonly used alongside suspended overband magnet to 
detect tramp metal such digger teeth(manganese steel).
Used in this combination,magnetic separators and metal detectors provide optimum protection.
This results in less production downtime and reduced maintenance and repair cost.
