Drawer Magnets are perfectly suited for collecting and separating contaminant ferrous metal from gravity fed, dry, free flowing materials.The magnetic drawer consists of a stainless steel housing with one or more neodymium magnetic bars(tubes) inside, which are filled with high-intensity rare earth magnets. The neodymium magnetic bars are arranged in a staggered fashion to ensure maximum contact with the material flow.
Due to the presence of the extremely strong Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet bars,the tiny pieces of ferrous metal contaminant will be attracted and held scurely by the draw magnets.
The drawer magnet is designed to be easily installed in chutes or pipelines.

 

How to work:

As the material flows through the magnetic drawer, the the tiny pieces of ferrous metal contaminant are attracted to the magnets and retained on the magnetic tubes. The clean material flows out of the housing through the exit chute. The magnetic drawer works on the principle of magnetic separation, which is based on the difference in magnetic properties between the materials being separated.
