Product Description

Introduction:

Dry magnetic drum separators are designed to separate magnetic materials from non-magnetic materials in a dry environment. They use magnetic properties to attract and separate ferromagnetic and paramagnetic particles. These separators are widely used in industries such as mining, recycling, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, and many others.

Working Principle:

The dry magnetic drum is enclosed in a stainless steel or or carton steel housing with a magnetic system positioned inside. As the material passes through the rotating drum, the magnetic particles are attracted to the drum's surface due to the magnetic field generated by the magnetic system. Non-magnetic materials continue along their original path and are discharged separately. The magnetic particles are carried around the drum's circumference until they reach the point of discharge, where they are released from the magnetic field and collected.
