Introduction:

The Liquid Pipeline Magnetic Separator, also known as a Magnetic Liquid Trap, is pecifically designed for the extraction of ferrous materials and enhancing the purity grade of the material from liquids and slurries pipelines.

Structure:
 

The Magnetic Trap contains Stainless steel housing and magnetic tubes positioned in the material flow. Stainless steel housing contains input and output connections to pass the fluid. 
The Magnetic Trap is manufactured of either standard-strength Ferrite (for larger tramp metal capture) or high-strength Rare Earth Neodymium (for fine iron and abraded stainless steel).
The high-strength Rare Earth Neodymium is tested and certified to 12000 gauss on the contact surface, which has powerful magnetic forces to remove weakly magnetic or very fine iron contaminants and Prevent abrasive wear, prevent pumps from jamming and assure yourself a product free of iron contamination from liquids and slurries pipeline.
And the standard-strength Ferrite is 1500gauss, which is used to remove strong magnetic or large iron contaminants from liquids and slurries pipelines.

Installation:

Magnetic Trap may be installed horizontally, vertically,or at an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.
Magnetic Trap can directly connect with the liquid material pipeline.
when material flow enters the Magnetic Trap to impinge against the magnetic tubes and filter through the magnetic field.
In the course of manual cleaning, draw the magnetic tubes and get rid of ferrous materials.
