Installation and operation:

A grid magnet is easy to install and usually fits into a chute. The magnetic bars are placed in a grid formation with spaces in between them that allow the material to flow through while capturing contaminants. The material is fed into the inlet of the grid magnet, and the magnetic bars attract any ferrous contaminants and hold them, preventing them from contaminating the product. The cleaned material passes through the outlet at the other end.

How to work:

Grid magnets work based on the principle of magnetic attraction. It contains powerful magnets that create a magnetic field. When the material flows through the magnetic field, any ferrous contaminants come into contact with the magnetic bars and are attracted to them. As a result, they are removed from the material flow and held in place until the grid magnet is cleaned.

 

How to clean the grid magnet:

The neodymium ferrite boron rare earth magnetic tubes of the grid magnet are placed inside a stainless steel sleeve. The sleeve is freely insertable and extractable.
 
If without sleeve part,customers need clean the magnetic tube with a dry cloth or brush to remove any iron particles
